Belvedere Home, Belvedere Tiburon CA

This 1900 square foot single family home located on Belvedere Island, Marin County, with sweeping views of the Lagoon and Tiburon hills started out as a small remodel project, updating kitchen and bathrooms. It quickly developed into a much larger undertaking. The clients called in a local architect and BW Design Studio for the renovation - to link the new contemporary modifications to the traditional framework of the home.
We are currently working very closely with the clients and architect on all construction details and finish changes, as well as providing design directions for the newly added lighting & furnishings. The resulting color and material pallette is one that is monochromatic with beautiful wood and stone accents throughout, transforming the home into a modern and comfortable environment for a growing family.
